As there was no wind decided to get the mountain bike out and travel up to the red kite centre. GOt there unloaded my bike and found I had forgotten my SPD shoes. Was'nt worth turning back for so just used my rough trainers I had on and made do. Just did the Summit cycles 8mile loop as I only had an hour or so.

Was a great ride especially so when riding along the top of a hill with Red kites soaring the slopes just a few metres away. Had'nt been mountain biking for a year so it was good to get a sesiion in for 2004, just forgot how lucky I am living so close to Nanty with its purpose built mountain bike track. Gonna have to go more often again
